Decide the posture

Eight questions. The result is a one-page memo: the posture that fits the institution now, why, what it leaves unresolved, and the next steps with dates. A posture is the institution's chosen way of responding; the five are described in Part I. The memo is a suggestion for the board's decision, and nothing you enter leaves your browser.

1. Institution type
2. Is a system or association preparing a coordinated response that includes this institution?
3. Has the board set a decision process with a date?
4. Can the institution cite program-level cost, completion, and earnings figures that a member of the public can reproduce from College Scorecard or IPEDS?
5. Are the institution's FVT/GE submissions complete for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 cycles?
6. Has someone outside the drafting team checked each planned claim against the evidence that could contradict it, and did that check find at least one gap? (This is the contradiction ledger, Part V.)
7. Has counsel reviewed the letter's implications for this institution?
8. Do at least three planned commitments have an executive owner, resources, and a completion date?
